OPERATOR ASSISTED REGISTRATION STATION

VISPRO-OAS is a compact, operator-assisted registration station designed for desks, counters, reception areas, concierge points, and facility checkpoints. It features dual interactive screens, including a dedicated visitor-facing display that provides instructions, information, and a clear view of the registration process, and a user-friendly main touchscreen that enables operators to efficiently register visitors, verify the identity of pre-registered guests, and manage access credentials using its built-in facial recognition or QR code scanning. Pre-registered walk-in visitors are verified quickly using Face ID or a QR code, after which any required information is finalized, and a badge is issued. Non-registered visitors are taken through the full onboarding workflow, from data collection and ID or facial scanning to badge issuance.
